Upload video clips

Short MP4 clips for exercise demos, training, and progress.

Some industry programs support short video clips on projects—for example exercise demos, training footage, or daily progress clips.

Limits (before upload)

  • Max duration — 60 seconds
  • Format after processing — 720p H.264 MP4
  • Max file size — 15 MiB

iOS transcodes clips automatically when you pick a video from Files on a supported document section.

Attach a clip

  1. Open the project detail files area.
  2. Choose a video-enabled category (e.g. exercise media, daily photos & clips).
  3. Pick a video from Files.
  4. Wait for processing and upload to finish.

On the client portal

Clients stream or download MP4 clips from the matching portal media section. Photos and PDFs use separate storage; videos do not mix into image galleries incorrectly.

Deletion and completion

Deleting a file or project removes stored video objects. Marking a project Completed does not delete existing clips—the portal link remains a record.
