Upload video clips
Short MP4 clips for exercise demos, training, and progress.
Some industry programs support short video clips on projects—for example exercise demos, training footage, or daily progress clips.
Attach a clip
- Open the project detail files area.
- Choose a video-enabled category (e.g. exercise media, daily photos & clips).
- Pick a video from Photos or Files, or tap Paste video link.
- On the attach sheet, either:
- Upload to Google Drive — sign in and allow access; the clip is saved to your Drive and shared for the client portal, or
- Video link — paste a YouTube, Google Drive, Vimeo, Loom, or direct MP4 URL.
Limits (Google Drive upload)
- Max duration — 90 seconds
- Format after processing — 720p H.264 MP4
- Max file size — 30 MiB
iOS transcodes clips automatically before uploading to Google Drive.
On the client portal
Clients see provider-appropriate players: YouTube thumbnails with play, Google Drive preview embeds, or inline MP4 for direct links.
Deletion and completion
Deleting a file removes the portal link to the clip. Google Drive files remain in your Drive until you delete them there. Marking a project Completed does not remove existing clips—the portal link remains a record.
