Portal themes control colors and surfaces on every client link for your business. They apply across all industry programs and existing projects.
Where to change theme
Settings → Business & portal → Portal theme
Available themes (v1)
- Blueprint — default Handysuite teal blueprint grid
- Heritage — warm stone and gold editorial
- Horizon — calm sky blues
- Studio — gallery purple accent
- Forge — industrial orange and slate
Each theme supports light and dark on the portal. Clients can follow system appearance or override in the portal header.
Preview
Use Preview portal from Business settings to open your most recent project's link in Safari and check readability.

- Industry program = labels, statuses, file sections, layout structure. See Industry programs overview.
Changing theme updates all your portal links immediately after clients refresh.
