Industry programs overview

Your industry program shapes labels, status options, file categories, and how the client portal is organized. It is separate from portal theme (colors only).

First-time setup

After sign-in, you pick a program once on the onboarding grid. That choice becomes your account default for new projects.

Change your default later

Settings → Business & portal → Industry program opens the picker. Changing the default affects new projects only—existing projects keep their original program so portal links stay stable.
