Complete or archive a project

Final files, terminal status, and keeping the portal link alive.

When work is finished, mark the project complete so your workflow reflects reality while the client keeps the same portal link for their records.

Before you complete

  1. Upload final photos or PDFs clients should retain (final quote, condition report, training record, etc.).
  2. Post an optional final timeline update with handover notes.
  3. Confirm customer-visible summary fields read correctly on the portal.

Set terminal status

Open the status picker and choose the finished state for that program:

  • Field trades — Completed
  • Restoration Tracker — Completed
  • Recovery Path — Completed
  • Heirloom Build — Completed
  • Checkride Ready — Passed / complete
  • Pup Progress — Graduated

Portal link retention

The same URL remains the client's durable read-only record. Completing a project does not delete files or revoke the link.

Notify your client

Share a final update message so they know the project is closed and where to find documents. See Notify your client.
