Sign in, password reset, and sign out

Access your account securely and reset your password.

Handysuite is for workers only. Clients use the portal link you share—they never sign in to this app.

Sign in

Open Handysuite and sign in with one of the methods shown on the sign-in screen:

  • Apple — always available when configured on your device
  • Google — when your organization has enabled it
  • Email and password — create an account or sign in with existing credentials

After sign-in, the app loads your projects and profile data only.

Sign out

Use Settings → Account → Sign out on a shared or borrowed device so the next person cannot access your projects.

Reset your password

If you use email and password:

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and submit your email.
  2. Open the link in the reset email. With the app installed, it should open Handysuite directly.
  3. If Mail opens a browser instead, follow the on-screen steps—the page bridges back into the app.
  4. Enter a new password and continue through any verification steps (such as multi-factor authentication).

Profile vs project address

Your work site address belongs on the project, not only on your profile. The profile may show a recent site for convenience, but edit the address on the project when it changes.

Delete your account

Account deletion is available in Settings when you are online. Deleting your Handysuite account removes your worker data from our systems—it does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel billing separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions if needed. See Subscription and billing.
