Subscription and billing

Free plan limits, Pro subscription, restore, and Apple billing.

Handysuite subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase. Billing is tied to your Apple ID, not a separate Handysuite invoice.

Free plan

  • Create up to 3 projects on your account (lifetime counter).
  • Existing projects and portal links remain usable on the free plan.
  • Clients can still open portal links for projects you already created.

Pro subscription

When you need more than three projects, subscribe to monthly or yearly Pro in the app (Settings → Plan & usage or when creating a project hits the limit).

After purchase:

  • Use Restore purchases if you reinstall or switch devices (same Apple ID).
  • Subscription status syncs to your Handysuite account for project creation guardrails.

Cancel or change billing

Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Apple controls renewals and refunds per their policies.

Delete account vs cancel subscription

Deleting your Handysuite account removes your worker data from our systems. It does not cancel an active Apple subscription—you must cancel in Apple’s Subscriptions settings separately.
