Field trades & contractors

Field trades & contractors is the default program for handyman, remodel, and general contractor workflows—quotes, visits, progress photos, and a calm homeowner portal.

Who it is for

Single-operator or small crews who coordinate homeowners through text threads and need one status link instead of a full CRM.

Typical workflow

1. Create a project with client name and job title.
2. Issue a quote from Quotes & changes, and attach quote PDFs or before photos when you want those files on the portal.
3. Use Update client for status (Materials Ordered, In Progress, and so on), the next visit, and progress photos. All visits & history keeps later visits.
4. Share the portal link; notify after you publish.
5. Publish Client handover, then mark Completed.
