Field trades & contractors is the default program for handyman, remodel, and general contractor workflows—quotes, visits, progress photos, and a calm homeowner portal.

Who it is for

Single-operator or small crews who coordinate homeowners through text threads and need one status link instead of a full CRM.

Typical workflow

1. Create a project with client name and job title.
2. Attach quote PDFs and before/progress photos.
3. Update status (Materials Ordered, In Progress, etc.) and next visit.
4. Share the portal link; notify after updates.
5. Mark Completed when done.
