Create documents (quotes, contracts, reports, and more)

Handysuite can draft quotations, service agreements, damage / condition reports, waivers, homework / take-home plans, and training / session records in-app, export them as PDFs, and attach them to projects for the client portal.

Create Document hub

From project Overview, tap Create document. The hub:

1. Suggests what to create next based on your industry program, project status, and files already attached
2. Lets you type what you need (for example “waiver” or “homework”)
3. Lists every document type for your program with a short checklist and generate / scan / upload actions

You can still open generators from each file section (Quotes, Contracts, Waivers, and so on).

From the hub or a file section:

• Quotation / estimate — formal estimate or invoice-style PDF (label varies by program)
• Contract — service or training agreement draft
• Damage / condition report — condition, debrief, or behavior documentation
• Waiver — consent / acknowledgment PDF (flight and dog training programs)
• Homework / take-home plan — home program steps for recovery or pup progress
• Training / session record — dated lesson or session notes

You can also start from Siri: “Create a document in Handysuite” or “Generate a quote in Handysuite.”

Guided intake and advice

Many generators offer step-by-step questions with optional voice prompts. Answer or skip fields; you can suggest answers when Apple Intelligence is available.

On the review screen, an Advice panel lists missing recommended fields and client-ready tips (for example payment terms, portal section name, or “not legal advice” reminders). Review every generated paragraph before exporting—AI output is assistance, not final copy.

Export and attach

1. Generate the PDF preview.
2. Pick a theme; optionally include your logo and signature.
3. Edit wording in-app if needed.
4. Attach to the project under the correct file category.
5. Save so the file syncs to the portal.

Free plan: up to 3 files per category per project. The advisor warns when a category is at the limit.

Client visibility

Only attached PDFs in customer-facing categories appear on the portal. Local drafts that were never uploaded stay in the app (and in export backups).
