Quotations, contracts, and damage reports

Handysuite can draft quotations, service agreements, and damage reports in-app, export them as PDFs, and attach them to projects for the client portal.

Open a generator

From project detail, use the document actions for your program:

• Quotation — formal estimate PDF
• Contract — service agreement draft
• Damage report — condition or damage documentation

You can also start a quote from Siri: “Generate a quote in Handysuite.”

Guided intake (optional)

Many generators offer step-by-step questions with optional voice prompts. Answer or skip fields; you can suggest answers when Apple Intelligence is available.

Review every generated paragraph before exporting—AI output is assistance, not final copy.

Export and attach

1. Generate the PDF preview.
2. Edit wording in-app if needed.
3. Attach to the project under the correct file category (e.g. quote, contract, condition report).
4. Save so the file syncs to the portal.

Client visibility

Only attached PDFs in customer-facing categories appear on the portal. Local drafts that were never uploaded stay in the app (and in export backups).
