Smart Intake / Free web worksheet

Rough notes.
A clearer scope.

Speak, snap a note, or type the work. Prepare a basic job description and unpriced line items, check the details, then take the draft with you.

This tool uses simple task extraction, not generative AI. It recognizes proposed actions and may omit complex wording. Review every item against the source.

How this scope builder works

The browser extracts clear action statements such as “replace the kitchen tap.” It leaves uncertain, excluded, completed, priced, or unrecognized statements for manual review. It does not invent tasks, calculate a quote, or certify a job description as code compliant.

Typed notes and photo OCR are processed in the page. Speech recognition may use your browser provider’s service. Dictation support varies; keyboard dictation and typing remain available. Keep private customer information out of any exported scope.

Before sharing with a client

Check the description and each line item, quantities, exclusions, and the locally adopted requirements. The downloaded text includes a review note. It is a working scope, not a contract, priced estimate, or inspection result.
